We focus solely on the unique wines from across Switzerland. Switzerland exercises the worlds strictest winemaking and agricultural practices. Ideally, you bring at least two years of experience in wine sales and have an existing network of active accounts in your territory.We're looking for someone excited to grow with us, take on greater responsibilities over time, and help shape the future of our company. If you believe in championing storied wine regions, love building lasting relationships, and aren't afraid to think creatively to reach your goals, we'd love to meet you.Job description:As a Fine Wine Specialist, your primary focus will be growing our presence by acquiring new on-premise and off-premise accounts. You'll also manage existing relationships, build long-term partnerships, and help drive awareness of our brands across the region.Key Responsibilities:Acquire and grow on-premise and off-premise accounts in the assigned territoryManage and nurture relationships with existing clientsPromote and educate buyers on the portfolio's unique wines and producersCoordinate staff trainings and tastingsCollaborate with accounts on promotional opportunities and eventsTravel regularly throughout the territoryMaintain strong communication with buyers and internal teamsMinimum Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in wine & spirits salesExisting account base within the Bay AreaMust be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving recordReliable transportationResides within or near the assigned territoryStrong understanding of wholesale distributionWillingness to work some evenings and weekendsCompensation:Monthly Expense Budget of $1,000Monthly Commission Draw of $2,00010% CommissionAdditional Performance-Based Bonus OpportunitiesHourly breakdown:Minimum: $18.75Realistic: $30 - $35High Performing/established: $44+Benefits:Travel opportunities to partner wineries in Italy, Switzerland, France, and SpainCompetitive, commission-based pay structure with performance bonusesWork with a curated, unique portfolio of authentic producers and eclectic varietalsSubstantial growth potential within a fast-growing companyFlexible schedule and remote work autonomy
