Manager, Quality Reporting & Analytics - QA Systems | Energy Infrastructure | Houston, TX (Onsite) A leading player in the energy infrastructure and project delivery space is seeking a Manager of Quality Assurance Reporting to lead enterprise-wide data collection, trend analysis, and reporting efforts related to project and supplier quality performance. This individual will serve as a key liaison between project execution teams, QA professionals, and executive leadership"”ensuring timely, accurate, and strategic communication of quality metrics.Based in Houston, TX, this is a critical role supporting the visibility and evolution of the quality program across global operations.Key **Own the collection, validation, and integrity of all QA data streams related to audits, inspections, nonconformances (NCRs), and corrective actions (CARs/SCARs).Develop and manage dashboards, scorecards, and quality metric reports using tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.Track inspection and test progress, surveillance activity, and quality risk registers for ongoing capital projects.Create high-impact executive-level presentations that summarize performance trends, risk factors, and contractor outcomes.Support recurring quality review meetings and contractor evaluations with real-time data insights.Coordinate closely with discipline leads, QA team members, and field inspection representatives to ensure alignment and data consistency.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying systemic issues and presenting data-driven recommendations.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Quality Systems, or a related technical field.10+ years of experience in quality management, QA analytics, or reporting, preferably within the LNG, oil & gas, or heavy industrial sectors.Familiarity with API Q1, ISO 9001, and QA frameworks related to ASME and API codes.Proficiency in data modeling, dashboard development, advanced spreadsheet formulas, and automated report generation.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (P&IDs, structural plans, wiring diagrams, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in executive-facing reporting.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.**Previous experience building QA scorecards in Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar platforms.Familiarity with QA in large-scale capital projects (e.g., infrastructure, EPC environments).Strong understanding of quality data governance, document control systems, and continuous improvement practices.
