With over 47 years of service, we strive to provide quality and commitment to our loyal customers.About this position...We are looking for a Senior Construction Superintendent who will be responsible for the on-site management and coordination of the project from start to finish. This individual will oversee our current residential Senior Living Facility being built in the Boyertown, PA area, as well as future construction projects.Leads the project construction team through all phases.Assigns daily tasks to Foremen, Carpenters, and Laborers on site as needed.Continuously monitors and adjusts schedules, administers budgets, cost control, quality, and safety review.Ensures true Quality Partner relationships are created and maintained.Monitors the construction schedule to ensure work is on time.Complete schedule changes when necessary.Establishes project and construction priorities.Responsible for ensuring all OSHA regulations are strictly followed.Attends weekly production meetings at the Harrisburg, PA corporate office.What we are looking for from you...Minimum of 15 years combined experience of all phases of construction.Minimum of 7 years as a Superintendent with experience in large multi families or Senior large Living projects.Must have experience in ground-up construction on large-scale multi family apartment buildings, townhomes, or senior living facilitiesHeavily independent and can manage jobsite with little to no supervisionWorking experience with all phases of construction and prioritizes deadlinesAbility to work closely with customers, construction personnel, personnel in other work groups, contractors, suppliers, and other team membersAbility to work from drawings and blueprintsMust possess the knowledge of construction fundamentals and OSHA requirements.How you and your family can benefit from working with us...Company vehicle and fuel card will be provided for this positionEmployer Paid Insurances - Short Term & Long Term Disability and Life InsuranceHealth Insurance Plans Available - Medical, Dental, and VisionRetirement Plan - 401K with Employer Match & Profit Sharing11 PTO days within the first 6 months of employment3 days of Wellness Hours - to use towards you and your familys health & wellbeing9 Company Paid Holidays!Stable, Growing, Successful company with over 47 years of success in the Greater Harrisburg area!Please feel free to visit our website ***** ***** to learn more about what Triple Crown Corporation has to offer you!Selected applicant will be subject to a background checkWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer
