If youre a skilled fabricator who takes pride in quality, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys mentoring others, this is your moment to lead, grow, and make a mark.What You'll Be Doing:Lead by Example: Set up and operate press brake machines for forming and bending sheet metal, while guiding and training team members to uphold the highest production standards.Own the Setup: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to program, adjust, and set up the press brake with precision.Drive Quality: Ensure all formed parts meet tight tolerances using measuring instruments like callipers, protractors, and gauges. You'll inspect both your work and your team's for accuracy and consistency.Optimize Operations: Troubleshoot machine issues, identify process improvements, and recommend solutions that boost efficiency and minimize downtime.Coordinate Production: Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other departments to prioritize jobs, allocate resources, and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.Promote Safety & Standards: Uphold strict safety protocols, encourage best practices, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
