Youll be building and iterating on systems, analytics, attribution models, and growth experiments that directly impact patients access to care.Key Responsibilities:Funnel Design & Optimization: Model, analyze, and optimize the full patient journey. Implement event tracking across onboarding and engagement flows.Analytics Stack Ownership: Build and manage a modern analytics stack (e.g., PostHog, Segment, GA4, Amplitude). Ensure high-quality client/server-side tracking.Attribution & Experimentation: Develop attribution systems that connect acquisition channels to CAC and LTV.
