Were looking for people who can wear lots of hats, are resilient, and can handle a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with the ability to multitask and anticipate the needs of our CEO.Perform core executive assistant duties, **Scheduling meetingsBooking flights/hotelsOrdering office and studio suppliesOpening and organizing mail/packagesConducting ad-hoc research on a wide range of topicsHandling various day-to-day organizational and logistical tasksSupport talent and studio production *Greet and assist talent, and high-profile individuals visiting our studioAct as a point of contact and liaison to ensure a professional, welcoming experienceHelp maintain a tidy production-ready studio environmentEnsure filming spaces are prepped and stockedMonday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMAdditional hours may be required on occasion depending on business needsOccasionally travel with the team for company retreats, events, and on-location filming***Salary - $50k-$60k/yrPaid time off after 90 days.Health insurance after 90 days.Requirements:Drivers LicenseThis is an excellent opportunity for some motivated to learn and grow.
