Interim (temp-to-perm) Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

Major, Lindsey & Africa's Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for an Interim (temp-to-perm) Commercial Real Estate Paralegal.***** This role is responsible for organizing, reviewing, and drafting legal documents to help attorneys prepare for commercial real estate transactions.***** Our client is nationally recognized residential and commercial real estate builder.** Our client is seeking an experienced and skilled commercial real estate paralegal with a minimum of seven years of professional expertise.** The Interim Paralegal will follow a hybrid schedule, working remotely while being required to be onsite three days per week, in Philadelphia.Responsibilities **Interact with members of various teams to help manage real estate deals.Draft and review conveyance and finance documentation, including deeds, mortgages, promissory notes, releases, leases, easements, loan and escrow agreements, title reports and documents, contracts, amendments, assignments.Track all due diligence requirements, key dates, title and survey review.Prepare title objection letters, extension letters and amendments to contracts.Review of permits, licenses, and subdivision plans.Draft, negotiate, analyze leases and prepare abstracts.Prepare documentation relevant to closing, post-closing, dedication of public improvements, homeowner community issues, and third-party home sale conveyances.Qualifications ** Minimum of 7 years experience supporting a fast-paced commercial real estate teamStrong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracyProven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic work environmentInformation regarding benefits can be found on MLA's Website on the Consultant Resources ***** **All interested and qualified candidates should apply directly with Major, Lindsey & Africa for review and consideration.
