Capable of leading some validation work. Under the guidance of experienced validation personnel, authors equipment requalification reports to provide documented evidence of equipment requalification. Capable of completing some reports independently. Assists in the revision of validation SOPs to ensure correct and up to date information and processes are followed. Capable of completing some SOP revisions independently. Developing a working knowledge of the operation of various equipment and systems such as lyophilizers, terminal sterilizers, tanks, autoclaves, dry heat oven, rinsers, CIP and SIP systems, HVAC, aseptic processing areas, etc. Initiates deviations within the EQMS system. Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; AS preferred. 3 years related experience (1 year with an AS or no experience with a BS)Pharmaceutical, FDA regulated industry, and validation experience preferredProficiency in standard business computer applications (Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Proficiency with EQMS, LMS, and EDMS preferredTechnical writingMechanical aptitudeOrganizational skillsAbility to deliver information in an objective manger while influencing outcomesDemonstrating effective communication skills in both written and verbal formDemonstrates strong interpersonal and conflict management skillsShift: Day shift: Monday - Friday Compensation & Benefits:This is an on-site, full-time position located in Spokane, WA.Hiring Wage: ($77,968.80 - $100,300.00 annually) depending on experience, with opportunity for growth, promotion and annual raises.
