Our innovation has the potential to save over a gigaton of carbon emissions in the next decade.Be part of a team that is pioneering a first-of-its-kind technology and making a tangible impact on global sustainability.What you will do:Scale-up dielectric fluid purification processes from 10L/month to 300L/monthSupport the move to increased automation of the fluid handling, component cleaning and motor assembly processesDevelop and implement in-process QA/QC tests, working with technical teams to define product quality standardsPartner with leadership to develop a multi-stage roadmap for fluid processing and handling"”targeting production volumes of 1,000 gallons/monthLead and manage a team responsible for fluid production, ensuring operational excellence and efficiencyDefine and track key process metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and reliabilityWho you are:7+ years of experience developing fluid-based chemical processes at scales up to 100 gallonsDegree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related fieldProven expertise in developing and implementing QA/QC tests and process metricsStrong understanding of reliability engineering methodologiesExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsPrior startup experience? Huge plus!
