LHH is partnering with a dynamic organization in Dallas, Texas to add an Executive Assistant to their growing team. This role specifically supports the General Counsel and requires 5+ years of supporting a senior law/legal executive. You would be managing the traditional day to day of calendars, meetings, travel, but also be involved in the document management. The ideal candidate would have exceptional communication skills, the ability to self-manage, and strong Word Processing experience. This role is 100% onsite in Dallas (free parking provided).ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive executive support to the General Counsel, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.Serve as a liaison between the legal department and internal/external stakeholders.Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Assist with legal department operations, including document management, contract tracking, and compliance support.Support special projects and initiatives as needed.Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executivesDraft slides, meeting notes and documents for executivesQualificationsBachelors degree preferred5+ years of EA support to a legal executive requiredProficient in Microsoft Office suiteExperience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logisticsWell-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills
