This role serves as a key communication bridge between the RVP and other global operations, ensuring alignment on priorities, accurate information flow, and seamless coordination of tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both English and Chinese.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact between the Regional Vice President and corporate headquarters, facilitating clear and timely bilingual communication.Coordinate and follow up on cross-regional initiatives, ensuring that key updates, documents, and decisions are accurately relayed between the region and HQ.Manage the RVP's calendar, including scheduling meetings across global time zones, prioritizing requests, and resolving conflicts.Organize and prepare for internal and external meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and follow-up actions.Arrange and manage business travel plans, including flight and hotel bookings, visa arrangements, and detailed itinerary planning.Conduct market research and data analysis to support regional strategy, and compile insights into bilingual reports or presentations for headquarters review.Draft, translate, and proofread reports, emails, and presentations in both English and Chinese to ensure accuracy and clarity.Maintain strict confidentiality of all business matters and handle sensitive information with discretion.Support ad hoc administrative or strategic projects as assigned by the RVP.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in multinational or cross-cultural organizations.Native or near-native proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage priorities under pressure.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with tools like Teams, Zoom, or shared calendars is a plus.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
