Temporary Assignment - 2/3 MonthsMulti-generational full-service real estate firm specialized in new development, multifamily rentals and condominiums. You will act as the right hand to the CEO and will work with other teams (including leasing, accounting, construction, marketing, etc.) to collaborate and optimize finances, organizational efficiency and quality service.**Support CEO to accomplish strategic objectivesAct as gate-keeper to the CEOKeep CEO on track with daily objectivesPrepare and interpret reportsUndertake strategic analysis and assist with strategic planningLiaise with managerial staff and other colleaguesDraft written communicationsDocument control and creationManage and review corporate credit accounts and special projects neededProactively develop key strategies, goals, and priorities for the CEOPlan and manage operational and project budgetsProvide concise and transparent reporting on resultsHandle accounting-related tasks, ** processing invoices, paying bills, and supporting internal teams with work related to collections, evictions, and resident accounts and charges*****2+ years of administrative experienceExcellent communication skills, with strong written and verbal skillsAbility to multi-task, prioritize, communicate clearly, set clear goals and expectations, and consistently deliver on timeExcellent computer skills, and experience with best-in-class systemsStrong work ethicAbility to maintain discretion and confidentialityKnowledge of Yardi a plus
