They're looking for a mid-level (4-5 years of experience) transactional paralegal with a real estate background with specific experience drafting and reviewing various types of documents.This person will be able to run residential and commercial closings. Ideally you will be able to draft lease amendments and full leases, although the staff can provide training in that area.Experience working on small-level property management contracts for services such as landscaping, trash removal, elevator maintenance, etc., would be beneficial.Experience drafting and reviewing operating agreements also desirable.The first 90 days you will be onsite, then the schedule reverts to 4 days in office, Fridays WFH.Very collegial working culture, phenomenal benefits and great work/life balance.
