Senior Quality Manager Our manufacturing client is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to join their corporate team. This is a regional role, sitting in Connellsville, PA. Role involves 50% travel to plants in your region. The Senior Quality Manager will be responsible for oversight of all organizational quality management systems development, implementation, and monitoring, with emphasis on efficiency, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities of the Senior Quality Manager Overseeing the Quality management systems development and implementation, ensuring industry alignmentCreating and driving organization quality goals and strategy, including leading operational efficiency, cost reduction, and product quality improvement initiativesUtilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other rolls to identify process improvement areasPerforming business processes analysisManaging audits, assessments, and inspections and ensuring quality standards complianceDeveloping and implementing training programsPerforming data analysis and reportingMonitoring customer feedback and implementing satisfaction improvement strategiesRequirements of the Senior Quality Manager Bachelor's degree5+ years quality management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership roleQuality improvement tools proficiency (Fishbone Diagrams, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, etc.)Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong customer service orientationAdvanced quality management systems and methodologies proficiency Additional **** $115-$125k + FREE medical benefitsEmployment ***** Direct Hire ***** 50% The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
