CANDIDATES MUST BE LOCATED AROUND Pittsburgh, PATHIS ROLE CAN NOT DO C2C OR DO NOT SPONSOR.MUST BE US CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER OR H4EAD OR GREEN CARD EAD VISA CANDIDATES WHO CAN WORK ON W2.In this role, you willCoordinate a high volume of phone, video conference and onsite interviews for candidates with speed and efficiencyWork with recruiters, sourcers, hiring partners and cross functional groups to arrange all details pertaining to candidate experience such as scheduling, booking rooms, submitting travel details, tracking candidates through the Applicant Tracking System, helping ensure candidates get through the hiring process as quickly and efficiently as possibleHelp manage relationships with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers, providing an exceptional candidate and interview experienceCommunicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally at all timesMeet and greet candidates who are onsite for interviewsLead by example as a brand ambassadorRequired QualificationsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail with experience prioritizing competing deadlines, priorities and multiple tasks while managing their work time efficiently in a fast paced working environmentAbility to work with evolving systems and structures, demonstrating the flexibility to adapt to ever changing environments and processesStrong initiative and resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring and scheduling life cyclePay rate $28 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more.
