This includes executive support, project management, and personal assistance. You'll be responsible for organizing schedules, managing travel, ensuring follow-through on priorities, and helping translate the CEO's vision into action.Key Responsibilities1. Supporting the FounderManage calendar, meetings, and travel to align with key goalsLiaise with stakeholders and internal teamsCapture content at events and interviews for the media teamLead and delegate to a Virtual AssistantSet up digital systems and support communications2. Project and Operational ManagementKeep operations flowing smoothly using Airtable and project toolsMaintain dashboards, follow-up systems, and execution pipelinesCollaborate with leadership and support high-impact initiatives3. Personal Assistant ResponsibilitiesCoordinate household logistics and travelManage personal appointments and staffSafeguard sensitive informationRequirementsExperience3+ years supporting high-profile executivesBachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred)Technical SkillsSlack, Airtable, Zapier, Microsoft Suite, Google SuiteAsana, , or similar project toolsCRM platforms like Keap or GoHighLevelMac-based systems and ZoomCore StrengthsOrganizational excellenceStrategic and operational executionClear, proactive communicationLogistics & CompensationLocation: Tempe, AZ (Relocation support: $5,000)Expected Start Date: With flexibilitySupport Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm MST, with occasional nights/weekends and travelCompensation: $80,000-$100,000Benefits: Health insurance, 401(k), stock options
