The firm employs CPAs, accountants, and administrative staff who work as a team to provide its clients with the highest quality service.Role DescriptionWe are currently seeking a reliable and detail-orientedAdministrative Assistant to support our front office operations and report directly to the Office Administrator.Part-time to start, with potential for full-time hours based on performance and business needs. Required hours are Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-5:00 PM.Must be available to work Saturdays during peak tax season (February-April).This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and enjoys providing support in a professional office environment. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll help maintain a welcoming front desk presence while handling a variety of administrative duties under the supervision of the Office Administrator.This is an on-site role located in Elma, NY.ResponsibilitiesGreet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to emails promptlyAssist with scheduling appointments and managing office calendarsPerform general clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entryPrepare and organize client intake forms and documentationEnsure all sensitive documents are handled with confidentialityMaintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and shared office areasProvide extra support during tax season, including working SaturdaysQualifications***** Prior administrative experienceExcellent phone etiquetteStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office technologyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow direction and work independently under the supervision of the Office AdministratorProfessional appearance and demeanor
