They are currently searching for a Healthcare project manager with OSHPD / HCAI experience to join their team in Orange County.Your new roleOverseeing job site and personnel.Overseeing labor projections.Contract negotiation and administration.Project scheduling and planning.Negotiating and purchasing materials.What youll need to succeed5+ years of experience on commercial healthcare projectsConstruction or construction-relevant degreeTrade-specific knowledge of carpentry, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and finishes sufficient to guarantee proper conformance with architectural and engineered design requirements.LEED or similar accreditation preferred.What youll get in returnBase salary range of $105k-$180k depending on experienceMedical benefits401kCar allowance
