Project Manager - Mission Critical ConstructionDataX Connect are representing a top US General Contractor who require an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex mission critical construction projects. In this role, youll oversee all phases from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.Key **Develop project business plans, logistics, safety, and phasing strategiesAct as the primary liaison with engineers, architects, and key stakeholdersCoordinate subcontractors, manage contracts, change orders, and procurementDrive schedule development and ensure timely material deliveryMonitor financials, labour forecasts, compliance, and project reportingLead site meetings, city/state reviews, and quality/safety inspectionsMentor assistant project managers and interns**Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field4+ years of experience in construction project managementProven experience in Mission Critical ConstructionProficiency with Prolog, E1, and construction management toolsStrong organizational, communication, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to manage architectural, structural, MEP scopes across multiple tradesLocationDallas, Tx (Relocation Available)This is an exciting opportunity to lead high-impact projects in a fast-paced, technical environment.
