This company specializes in a diverse range of projects, including life sciences, education, multifamily, commercial, ground-up, and interiors, with project values ranging from $5 million to $45 million.Position Overview** $90M 365 unit and precast garage multifamily projectLocation: Dumfries, VASenior SuperintendentCompensation** $150K-$175K***** 10% (6% company performance + 4% individual performance)Vehicle ***** $1,100/month + gas card and moreBasic QualificationsBachelors Degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in managing aspects of a construction project(s) in excess of thirty (30) million dollarsAt least 3 years leading, developing, and motivating teamsPreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam as well as an understanding of Primavera scheduling and BIMDBIA and/or LEED AccreditationOSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certificationsLEED GA accreditation at a minimum, specialty accreditation a plusUnderstanding of the strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project
