Primary ResponsibilitiesReview environmental assessment reports and work plans for accuracy and regulatory complianceOversee installation and startup of remediation systems, ensuring effective and compliant implementationMonitor remediation system performance, operations, maintenance, and regulatory complianceManage procurement of remediation system materials and chemicalsCoordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure timely, high-quality project deliveryPrepare cost estimates for potential and existing environmental liabilitiesAnalyze environmental data and prepare technical reports, proposals, and cost estimatesDevelop project scopes of work and budget estimates, particularly for engineering tasksSupervise remediation activities conducted under Maryland's Voluntary Cleanup ProgramRequired Education, Experience, and SkillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related fieldProven ability to manage and maintain project budgetsStrong multitasking and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointWorking knowledge of environmental regulations
