Commercial Interior Design Project Manager

One of the largest privately owned Auto Dealership Groups in the country seeks an experienced COMMERCIALINTERIOR DESIGN PROJECT MANAGER. This position is tailored to an experienced (minimum 5 years)Commercial Interior Designer seeking a long-term, fast paced, hands on opportunity. Responsibilities will includedesign development, materials specifications, interiors coordination of construction drawings, site visits,procurements of furniture, fixtures, graphics, signage, etc. and systems coordination, install verification & punch of allcomponents. Ideal candidate has experience reviewing construction documents and experience with detailedcoordination of associated mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. A background in FF&I purchasing isessential including RFP's, proposal qualifications, orders and invoicing. Excellent interpersonal skills are required,this position reports directly to the construction director and interacts with all levels of management as well as outsideconsultants and manufacturers.
