Project Manager

SNI Companies has partnered with a Commercial Contracting group in the North Dallas area that is looking to find a qualified Project Manager to join their organization. In this role, you'll lead the charge on commercial construction projects, ensuring they're completed on time, under budget, and with a laser focus on quality and safety. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage financials through tools like Procore, and ensure strong client communication every step of the way.What You'll **Oversee all project phases, from estimates and bids to scheduling and executionBuild and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationshipsDrive preconstruction planning and scope definitionForecast and track project costs, changes, and documentationLead a project team including APMs, engineers, and coordinatorsMaintain compliance with safety, labor, and regulatory standardsWhat We're Looking **5+ years of commercial construction experience (retail, healthcare, education, office preferred)Skilled in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and CMAR contractsStrong communicator with outstanding organization and leadership skillsBachelor's degree preferredA proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlinesIf youre passionate about leading high-impact construction projects and ready to grow with a collaborative, high-performance team, we'd love to connect.
