Job Description

Key **Own and nurture executive relationships with key enterprise clients, becoming a trusted advisor.Identify and pursue growth opportunities within accounts, including new services, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies.Develop account plans and client roadmaps aligned with business goals and digital transformation initiatives.Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams (delivery, solutioning, sales engineering, etc.) to ensure successful delivery and satisfaction.Ensure revenue targets, profitability, and client satisfaction metrics are consistently achieved.Collaborate with industry leaders, practice heads, and technical experts to shape client-specific solutions.Monitor market trends and client needs to proactively suggest innovative service offerings.Provide regular updates and forecasts to leadership on account status, opportunities, and risks.Required **10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, including account management, consulting, or business development in the technology or services sector.Proven track record of managing enterprise-level client relationships and delivering on revenue targets.Strong understanding of digital transformation, IT services, cloud technologies, and emerging trends.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and executive communication skills.Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.Experience working in or with global delivery models and cross-functional teams
