In this client-facing role, you'll handle everything from Microsoft 365 hiccups to basic network issues"”and grow into projects, escalations, and mentoring if youre ready.You'll work closely with clients and teammates across Gainesville, Athens, and Gwinnett, with occasional on-site visits.
