Lead Superintendent - Multifamily

Your new companyOur client is an entrepreneurial, growing General Contractor based in Palo Alto, California. They partner with a large developer to build 100 - 200-unit multifamily podium projects with high-end finishes in the South San Francisco Bay Area. A newly created role has opened up for a Lead Superintendent with a multifamily background to join the team in Palo Alto, California to support these ambitious growth plans.Your new roleWorking directly with the Owner of the General Contractor your role as the Lead Superintendent will be to grow, guide and develop a team of Assistant Superintendents and Project Engineers to support this growth phase and take this company to the next level. You will be responsible for directing the field operations of $50m+ projects 1-2 at a time, the overall management of the sub-contractor base, site inspections, health & safety and engaging in communication and site visits from the developer.What youll need to succeedThe position requires at least 10+ solid years of experience as a Superintendent with recent multifamily project experience running projects from start to close.
