You will independently prepare and evaluate detailed construction cost estimates while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.Your insights will drive smarter decision-making and contribute directly to the success of our innovative, high-precision engineering projects.Key **Prepare, review, and analyze construction project cost estimatesConduct project budgeting, subcontractor and vendor evaluation, and cost benchmarkingPerform risk assessments and advise on cost-effective solutionsProvide detailed cost reports and strategic recommendations to senior managementCoordinate closely with engineering, procurement, and construction teamsMaintain discretion and apply sound judgment in high-stakes project scenarios**Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of direct experience in cost estimation within the construction industryHands-on experience as a cost estimator for factory equipment is required.Experience with UPW (Ultrapure Water) system construction projects is highly preferred, especially in cost estimation roles.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to guide decisionsProven ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
