We deliver the processes and expertise expected from a large organization while providing a unique personal experience for each of our clients.Role SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to help lead projects, collaborating closely with clients, design teams, and trade partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in construction management and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Key ResponsibilitiesProject planning, scheduling, and coordination to meet project deadlines and goals.Preparation, review, and management of project documentation; including contracts, project financials, RFIs, and submittals.Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to the project schedule, budget, and scope.Conduct on-site inspections and coordinate with field teams to verify quality and resolve issues.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and client requirements.Collaborate with clients, design teams, trade partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain project quality and productivity.Support the implementation of innovative construction methods and technologies to enhance project delivery.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Related work experience acceptable3-7+ years of experience in commercial construction or a related industryCompetency in contracts, project financials, scheduling, risk management, submittals, and RFI'sProficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesA proactive approach to teamwork and the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWell versed in construction drawings, specifications, and standardsSolutions oriented mindset and positive attitudeWhy Join Us?Growing organization with a lot of upside!Supportive and team-oriented company cultureProfessional development opportunities and career advancementCompetitive compensationHow to ApplyTo apply, please submit your resume/cover letter detailing your experience and interest in the role to kfife@ and bfullwood@ . Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
