This role demands expertise in electrical estimating, project management, and client relations across Corporate Interiors, Healthcare, Retail, and Residential sectors.** Office based in Novato, CA with projects throughout Bay AreaSalary * $100,000 - $140,000 annuallyWhat You Will Be *"‹Perform accurate quantity take-offs from plans and specsDevelop detailed cost estimates (labor, materials, subcontracts)Obtain and analyze vendor quotesMaintain construction community relationshipsStay current with codes and industry trendsMaintain material cost databasesStrong experience with estimating software (Accubid) and construction software (Bluebeam)Develop efficient estimating systems and proceduresManage material procurement and drawing files (Procore, Dropbox, AutoCad, etc.)Project **"‹Lead project teams, ensuring quality, meeting deadlines and budgetsImprove project management processesManage project schedules and adjust to changing needsCommunicate with clients throughout the project lifecycleOversee invoicing and negotiate change ordersResolve contract and scope issuesMaintain relationships with architects, engineers, and GCsConduct site visits and manage project closeoutWhat You * 7-10+ years of electrical experience with proficiency in estimating and project managementIndustry ** Understanding of commercial electrical construction, building codes, and NEC. Knowledge of mechanical and plumbing is a plusTechnical * Proficiency in blueprints, Accubid, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and standard office softwareProject Management * Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and schedulesCommunication * Excellent written and oral communicationFinancial * Strong financial analysis, purchasing, and negotiation skills* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
