Commercial Construction Project Manager

Our Client, one of Wisconsin's Top general contractors, construction managers, and design builders, is seeking a Construction Project Manager for their Pewaukee, WI location. The Commercial Construction Project Manager oversees all aspects of commercial projects, including construction, scheduling, reporting, and budgeting, while coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. This position operates on a Monday-Friday schedule during first shift hours. Key **Manage all phases of construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Act as the primary point of contact for architects, engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar software.Monitor budgets, track expenditures, and provide accurate financial forecasts.Prepare and distribute reports on project progress, financial status, and potential risks.Enforce quality control measures to maintain compliance with industry standards and project specifications.Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Lead and support project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Maintain strong client relationships by understanding project requirements and addressing concerns promptly.Ensure accurate and organized project documentation.**5+ years project management experience with a general contractor, design-builder, or construction manager.Experience managing budgets up to $30 million for commercial construction projects, including ground-up new construction.Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft Project, and Viewpoint.Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.If you are a results-driven construction professional with the skills and experience to manage large-scale ground-up projects, we encourage you to apply!
