Senior Data Center Project Manager - Atlanta, GAWe're working with a leading international data center developer undergoing rapid global expansion. With operations in 45 countries and 750+ sites, they are at the forefront of delivering mission-critical infrastructure to hyperscale and enterprise clients. Following significant investment and driven by AI and cloud migration, they are targeting 4x growth over the next four years.They're now seeking a SeniorData Center Project Manager to lead the build-out of a major facility in Atlanta, GA. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in data center construction, MEP systems, and commissioning who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.Key **Manage all phases of a new data center build within an existing shell structureOversee vendor SOW reviews and validate infrastructure pricingSupervise installation and commissioning of MEP systemsTroubleshoot technical issues on-site during commissioning and constructionEnsure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with operational requirementsProvide project updates to stakeholders and leadershipBe on-site in Atlanta at least 80% of the time7+ years in data center project management, construction, or commissioningStrong expertise in MEP systems and critical infrastructureProven experience managing vendors and reviewing scopes of workAbility to resolve technical challenges in real timeExcellent communication, scheduling, and budgeting skillsBased in or near Atlanta with ability to be on-site regularly***Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringPMP or equivalent certificationFamiliarity with Uptime Institute, TIA standardsExperience working with Atlanta permitting authoritiesHands-on commissioning experience in operational data centersThis is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a flagship project with a fast-growing, global digital infrastructure leader.
