This position will serve as the project manager for the claims quality assurance portion of the California technical and regulatory, with the support of the overall project manager and experienced engineers and analysts, to review energy efficiency measures reported by contractors/ implementors. Key ResponsibilitiesProject management and ownership of the claims quality assurance efforts under Frontiers CA technical and regulatory work.Collect and review claims submissions and provide timely feedback to claims implementersTransfer claims into the customer's database using data software tools monthlyTechnical utility program support - savings, reporting, cost calculations.Utilize, develop, and update custom reports to export claims data to the California Public Utilities Commission on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisMaintain detailed records of claims submissions and document process changesContribute to regular client updates and deliverablesAble to follow procedures and technical guides provided by senior staffAttention to detail and quality control are essential to maintain a high level of accuracy and claim integrity.Possess a high level of organization, attention to detail, the ability to adapt to evolving rules, regulations, and client needs along with a high proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Required Skills Experience managing projects and clientsMust possess a high proficiency with Microsoft ExcelDetail oriented and proactiveTime management is essential to meet hard deadlines and juggle prioritiesOrganizational skills are required to manage client databases and recordsCan work independently after being given sufficient directionMust be willing and able to contribute in a team environmentBasic or advanced data managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Skills Experience with Microsoft Excel macros and computer programing languages (Python)Experience within utility programs and regulatory reporting.
