Superintendent

Job **Our client is a well established and growing company in the Falls Church area. We are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead a team building multifamily residential projects.This role is responsible for managing daily job site operations, coordinating subcontractors and materials, maintaining schedules, and ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.Key *Oversee all on-site construction activitiesCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnelEnsure compliance with project plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulationsMaintain construction schedulesConduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workManage and enforce site safety, cleanliness, and OSHA complianceCommunicate regularly with project managers, architects, engineersTrack and manage deliveries, inventory, and use of materials and equipmentReview and approve timesheets, daily logs, and project documentationLead site meetings and provide progress updates and reports****5+ years of experience as a construction superintendent, preferably with multifamily residential projectsStrong knowledge of building systems, site logistics, sequencing, and construction best practicesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project)OSHA 30 certification required; First Aid/CPR a plus
