Role: Project Manager (Pharma Agency)Hybrid: 3 days a week in Blue Bell, PASalary: $70-80kOpen to temp to perm or perm hire.Clutch Creative is a rapidly growing staffing agency. This role is crucial for the successful lifecycle management of all projects, from initiation through closure. The ideal candidate will be a driving force in upholding our project management methodologies and fostering seamless collaboration across internal departments and external partners to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and strategically aligned project delivery.The Project Manager, Client Solutions, possesses a comprehensive understanding of the project life cycle, enabling them to anticipate and effectively troubleshoot challenges to keep projects moving forward. Every decision made in this role should directly contribute to the projects success.Responsibilities:Collaborate on the finalization of project work plans, considering technology, timelines, and resource allocation.Set up and configure projects within designated project management systems.Develop and rigorously manage project timelines.Generate and maintain various levels of status reports.Ensure timely communication of project status to all relevant team members.Lead and coordinate agency-client status and project kickoff meetings.Organize all project materials and assignments efficiently.Facilitate project routing among all internal departments.Champion collaboration across internal departments (e.g., account, creative/studio, estimating, production, editorial) to meet all project milestones and requirements.Manage vendor outreach and scheduling.Ensure proper file organization within the company server structure.Enforce workflow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality standards.Assist in identifying and assessing resource needs.Maintain accurate timesheets.Qualifications:Bachelors degree with an emphasis in communications, advertising, or a scientific discipline.Demonstrated "hands-on" approach to supporting the execution of tactical initiatives when required.Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a positive demeanor.Proficiency in creating various levels of status reports and complex project timelines.Must be highly detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and skilled at prioritizing multiple projects.Proven verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to actively listen to project needs, identify solutions, and recognize new opportunities.Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage multiple client accounts and initiatives, consistently meeting deadlines.Adept at anticipating potential project outcomes and communications, and planning accordingly.Possesses individual and team leadership qualities.A track record of business acumen and fiscal responsibility.Pharmaceutical agency experience is highly desirable, with an understanding of the digital landscape and experience across print and multimedia.Please read: Contact from Clutch employees will always come from the domain @ ONLY and we will always provide a phone number where you can contact us.
