This role is ideal for anyone who has experience as a construction project manager, superintendent, estimator, skilled tradesman, or insurance adjuster.As a successful Remodeling Superintendent, you **Direct, coordinate, and monitor vendors to remodel manufactured homesAssist with locating and contracting trade partnersDefine the scope of work to accurately assess the cost to remodelAssist with establishing standardized pricing with vendors to streamline the bidding processAssist with establishing and implementing vendor rules to ensure workplace safetyJob *Bachelor's Degree in business or construction management preferred, or a satisfactory combination of formal education and relevant work experienceA minimum of 3 years of residential construction experience, preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on ExcelWillingness to travel approximately 50% of the time across RHP communitiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, and follow-through skillsMust maintain a valid operator's license and good driving record at all timesReliable transportation is required****This is a full-time opportunity with competitive compensation.
