Tenant Services Coordinator - Residential Real Estate - WestchesterA successful vertically integrated Westchester based owner operator of a residential portfolio seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator (TSC) to join their dynamic team of professionals.Ensure organizational excellence at the property by providing administrative support to the Property Management team as well as maintaining positive relations with building tenants.**Track, monitor and follow up on all incoming tenant work orders via RentCafe and phone calls.Coordinate scheduling and access with tenants, superintendents and property managers.Help manage repairs performed by vendors and contractors.Assist property managers with calendars and scheduling.Ensure that 100% of certificates of insurance for tenants and contractors are accurate and in compliance with standards.Update and file all documents for vendors and tenants and ensure that contract and lease administration files are accurate and up to date.Maintain and update employee and tenant contact databases.Enforce compliance with insurance requirements among tenants, contractors, vendors.Document incidents of potential liability to property and/or equipment and forward information to appropriate risk management personnel.Establishes and implements compliance enforcement procedures.1+ years of experience in operations for commercial or residential properties.Experience with RentCafe and Yardi preferred.Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.Proven record of providing excellent customer service. $60,000 - $65,000 plus comprehensive medical, dental, vision benefits. 401k match, HSA, and many other valuable perks.The above salary range represents Advices good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is not reflective of the total compensation package, which may also include benefits, equity and other non-cash incentives.Please send your resume for immediate consideration * ageorge@If this particular role isn't the ideal fit, please feel free to forward your resume to the email above to explore other available opportunities.
