Position SummaryDelivers software solutions by managing all phases of the project life cycle; coordinating vendors; reporting results.ResponsibilitiesAccomplishes orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees; communicating job expectationsAchieves project operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.Maintains information system by developing and enforcing documentation requirements; enforcing change control.Improves quality results by implementing unit, system and integration testing cycles.Maintains product quality by designing and executing testing.Continued Knowledge of Hilton Software apps, products and servicesComposes, types, formats, and distributes professional correspondence and memoranda, E-mails and project reports and documents using individual initiative and as assigned.Plan and implement projectsHelp define project scope, goals and deliverablesDefine tasks and required resourcesCollect and manage project teamAllocate project resourcesCreate schedule and project timelineTrack deliverablesSupport and direct teamMonitor and report on project progressPresent to CEO reports weekly on progress as well as problems and solutionsImplement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputsEvaluate and assess result of projectAnd other duties as assigned by CEOResponsibilities include (employees who report to you only) interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problemRequirementsBachelors degree (required)At least 1 years of Project Management experience (required)PMP certification (preferred)Scrum Master Certification (preferred)Experience with SDLC (preferred)Hilton Software recruiters may use SMS messages (including text messages) from time to time to make it easier to communicate with our candidates.
