Job Description

As an IT Service Desk Specialist, your role involves providing assistance to customers through the service desk, creating documentation, setting up user accounts, configuring laptops, and providing desktop support, including troubleshootingAssociates or Bachelor's Degree in the field of IT/ Computer Science or related field preferred.Troubleshoot and administers laptops, desktops, applications, printers, copiers, fax machines, telephones, monitors, and other IT equipment as required.Translate technical issues into non-technical language that an end-user will understandProficient in configuring and diagnosing both PC hardware and software setups.Skilled in setting up, configuring and troubleshooting/ resolving printer issues within a networked environment.Extensive familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Networking, Anti-Virus, Email systems, and Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with Office 365 applications is required. Preferred foundational understanding of infrastructure, networking, and Azure cloud environments.Experience with Tanium, Endpoint Manager, SAP, CRM (Dynamics), Windchill, SharePoint SPO, MS Project, or other Project Management software is a plus.
