Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Position type: (Hybrid Role: On site Tues-Thurs, Remote Mon & Fri)Developing and implementing project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Leading and managing project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support.Monitoring project budgets and expenses and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.Communicating with stakeholders and senior management to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns.Managing project risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.Developing and maintaining relationships with project stakeholders and external partners.Leading project meetings and facilitating discussions to drive project progress.Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.Supporting the development and implementation of project management best practices and processes.Senior Project Managers should have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.They should also be proficient in project management software and tools.PMP Required for all Project Management roles.Customer Operations Business Project Manager for a joint IT ProjectDeliver business requirements as defined in project scopeSupport executive and key stakeholder updatesPartner with Customer Operations and IT key stakeholders as well as IT Project Manager and Project Financial Analyst to deliver full project outcomesKey focus on change management and implementation of IT changes to impacted business and functional areasDevelopment of stakeholder lists and stakeholder impact assessmentsDevelop and implement change management plansPartner with Communications and Regulatory supporting messaging and impacts to customerIdentify and support training needs as a result of changes to key business processesKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Key Skills;Project managementStakeholder engagement/communicationChange managementProject management experiencePresence and organizational skills to track and deliver project deliverablesMicrosoft officeServiceNow - would be a plus but not required.Our client is a leading Utility Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
