Youll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all requirements are captured and priced effectively. While HVAC is your core focus, any experience in plumbing estimation will be seen as a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:Review tender documentation, drawings, and specifications for HVAC systemsPrepare detailed cost estimates and project bids for commercial clientsLiaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotesConduct site visits as needed to assess project requirementsSupport the handover process to the project delivery teamMaintain accurate records of estimates and pricing dataExperience Required:Proven experience estimating HVAC systems for commercial projectsStrong knowledge of mechanical services, ductwork, and air conditioning systemsFamiliarity with industry-standard estimation software/toolsExcellent attention to detail and strong analytical skillsGreat communication and stakeholder management skillsDesirable: Experience estimating plumbing systemsAPPLY today for immediate consideration!
