You'll be a key part of ensuring the company maintains its strong win rate and pricing accuracy across a growing pipeline of work.Requirements:4+ years' estimating experience in commercial constructionExperience in South Florida's high- and mid-rise marketFamiliar with OST, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, ProcoreStrong analytical and time management skillsPackage Includes:Up to $120K base salary + performance bonus401(k) with company matchMedical, dental, vision cover3 weeks PTO + floating holidayCell phone allowance(Car allowance not included in this role)
