Senior Construction Project Manager

Brief on the company:General contractor headquartered in Norther Virginia who specialize in Design-Build, Construction General Contracting across a variety of sectors., federal work being their core.20 years in operation, $40M in revenue and looking to continue to grow north of $50M. Headcount roughly 50.Graduated from the SBA 8(a) program and take on projects as the prime general contractor.The federal projects they work on are typically Design Build projects and can be renovations/modernizations, new construction or involve technical historical restorations or structural repair.Their projects range from $2M - $20M with the $5M-6M being a sweet spot for them but have done work up to $20M.Work in DC, VA, and MD with a focus on work within the beltway or at the various federal bases across the DMV region.Senior Project Manager Position:Position reports into the Director of Construction but this role will be involved in senior leadership meetings on strategy and company decision making. Joining an existing, successful, Project Management team of X1 Snr PM, 3 PMs and a 1 APM.Requirements for the role include project management knowledge on federal construction projects, high preference for design-build government contracting.
