WHATS ON OFFERCompetitive base salaryBonus structureESOP benefitsComprehensive health benefits401K with matchVehicle allowance PTOGrowth potentialOpportunity to join a reputable firm with a strong pipeline of projects!ABOUT OUR CLIENTTop Ranked Employee-Owned General Contractor with strong local presence as well as projects and offices across the Southeast.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Renovations, and Tenant Improvement projects valued above $30M, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects.Select Responsibilities:Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projectsDevelop and manage project schedules.Manage subcontractor performance relationships.Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award-winning Company safety program.CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of 3-5 years of Lead Superintendent experience within Commercial Construction, with project values at or above $30MExceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completionSoft skills such as good verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of Procore or similar softwareBachelors Degree in Construction Management or similar discipline preferred
