As Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Initiatives, you are the single orchestration point for every strategic project firm-wide. You own the 24-month master roadmap, run the release train for all software and operational roll-outs, and give the Managing Partner clear, data-backed visibility into progress, risk, and ROI. From deploying Case Management software to launching AWS Connect or rolling out a new compensation plan, you convert vision into executable plans"”and drive them across the finish line. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Roadmap Ownership- Build and maintain a 12- to 24-month integrated roadmap covering tech, process, and business initiatives; publish quarterly refreshes and rolling 90-day release calendars. Release & Change Management- Operate the firm's "release train": gating criteria, go/no-go meetings, deployment checklists, and post-release retrospectives for all major platforms (practice-management, call center, finance, custom integrations). Executive Reporting- Produce monthly board-ready dashboards (budget, schedule, KPI attainment) and concise weekly snapshot memos for the Managing Partner. Cross-Functional Orchestration- Coordinate Legal Ops, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and HR; keep dependencies transparent and decisions logged (RACI / decision registers). Risk & Budget Governance- Maintain the RAID log, track capex/opex against budget, forecast variances, and escalate blockers within 24 hours. Process-Improvement Stewardship- Champion Lean / Kaizen culture; establish sprint ceremonies and retrospectives that feed a living improvement backlog. Vendor & Stakeholder Management- Own relationships and SLAs with key vendors (Casepeer, AWS, Chart Squad, EvenUp), ensuring delivery against contractual milestones. Success Metrics - First 12 Months ≥ 90 % of roadmap milestones hit on time and on budget 100 % of releases pass go/no-go without Sev-1 rollback Median case cycle time ↓ 20 % (shared KPI with Operations) Time-on-desk to 12 months within 6 months Required Qualifications A quantitative undergraduate Bachelor's degree with a strong preference for candidates holding an MBA or equivalent advanced degree 7 + years managing enterprise-level, multi-work-stream programs (Agile, hybrid, or PMI). Demonstrated success owning a company-wide roadmap spanning software, process, and organizational change. Strong analytical foundation, including hands-on experience with large datasets Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, Excel , Google Analytics, CRM (pivots, VLOOKUPs), and systems Excellent project management skills (PMP or Agile certifications a plus). Hands-on expertise with PM tool-chains (Jira, ClickUp, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence) and executive dashboarding (Power BI, QuickSight, Looker). Strong financial literacy"”able to build, manage, and defend project budgets and ROI models. Superb written and verbal communication: capable of briefing senior partners in five minutes and running a stand-up with frontline staff. PMP or PgMP certification; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred. Prior experience in legal tech, insurance claims, or healthcare RCM. Familiarity with CasePeer, NetSuite, AWS Connect, and modern data-warehouse architectures. Relentless ownership with a bias for clarity and action. Systems thinker able to zoom from 30,000-ft strategy to 3-ft task detail. Diplomatic influencer who drives alignment across attorneys, engineers, and vendors. Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, occasionally ambiguous environment. Automation-first, metrics-driven, relentless about documentation and process. Change agent comfortable with ambiguity, tight timelines, and high growth.
