Job **Our client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team! This position is located in Manhattan, New York. Lead project management efforts in collaboration with external vendors to roll out a manager training program for over 1,900 managers, ensuring all deliverables are met across content, communications, technology, and logisticsCoordinate efforts across Learning and Development, Talent Practices, Change Management, and vendor teams to align on project scope, timelines, and delivery methodsManage comprehensive project plans, workback schedules, risk assessments, and stakeholder communicationsOversee pilot planning, gather feedback, and implement iteration cycles to enhance program effectiveness before and after launchEnsure operational excellence by tracking key milestones, managing budgets, and maintaining high execution standards across global teamsServe as the lead project manager for the selection, configuration, and implementation of a modern Learning Experience Platform Collaborate with IT, procurement, HR technology, and external partners to ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timelineOversee system integration, content migration, user testing, and go-live executionSupport change management and communication strategies to drive adoption and engagement at scaleMonitor governance processes and performance metrics to ensure successful implementation and long-term impactDesired Skills/5+ years of hands-on experience in project or program management, ideally within HR, Learning and Development, or organizational transformation initiativesDemonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and moving componentsStrong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to keep projects on track and teams alignedComfortable working with external vendors, digital platforms, and enterprise systemsExperience with learning platforms, LXP/LMS tools, or implementing digital HR technologies**Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position is between $33.00 and $48.00.
