This is a growth-oriented role designed for individuals looking to build a long-term career in field supervision and site leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Superintendent in overseeing day-to-day field operationsCoordinate subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and site logisticsEnforce project safety protocols and assist in conducting daily safety meetingsTrack project progress and maintain accurate site documentation and reportsEnsure construction activities comply with project specifications, drawings, and codesAssist with punch list items, quality control, and job site cleanlinessCommunicate effectively with project managers, trade partners, inspectors, and field personnelHelp monitor scheduling, manpower, and sequencing to keep projects on trackAttend inspections and resolve onsite issues promptly with support from the SuperintendentQualifications2-5 years of experience in commercial construction, preferably in field supervisionFamiliarity with California building codes, safety regulations, and inspection processesOSHA 10 or 30 certification preferredStrong understanding of construction documents, field reporting, and logisticsExperience using software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project is a plusExcellent communication, organizational, and time-management skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites throughout Sacramento and Stockton
