Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:Manage automotive electronics projects (such as intelligent cockpit, CMS streaming rearview mirrors, electric doors, flip screens, etc.), ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.Coordinate cross-functional resources, including R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality, to drive project progress.Act as the primary customer interface, managing requirement changes, technical issues, and delivery schedules.Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure stable project execution.Oversee project cost control, quality management, and delivery optimization to enhance customer satisfaction.Job Requirements:Bachelors degree or above in Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields.Over five years of project management experience in the automotive electronics industry; experience with related products is preferred.Familiarity with APQP and PPAP processes and proficiency in IATF 16949 quality management system requirements.Strong communication, cross-department coordination, and customer management skills.
