This role will serve as a project coordinator, working closely with technical leads to manage and drive project execution. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Project and/or Azure DevOps, with a strong ability to facilitate meetings, track action items, and support decision-making processes.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and maintain Microsoft Project Plans and/or DevOps boards.Facilitate control meetings, gather updates from team members, and update project plans accordingly.Analyze project data including week-over-week variances and critical path impacts.Support scrum practices, prioritize work, and understand customer backlogs.Break down complex information into actionable tasks.Drive action items and provide decision support to project owners.Foster strong internal client relationships and manage tight deadlines effectively.Typical Day in the RoleConduct control meetings and gather task updates.Update and analyze project plans.Collaborate with team members to implement scrum practices.Communicate with internal stakeholders and manage expectations.Work in an office environment, 5 days a week.Interaction LevelHigh interaction with internal clients and cross-functional teams.Requires strong interpersonal skills to manage diverse personalities and deadlines.Education & Experience RequiredBachelor's degree (4-year) required.5-7 years of project-related experience.Experience with both traditional Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Project and/or Azure DevOps (must be able to demonstrate).PMI and/or Agile certifications are a plus.Strong written communication skills.Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication.Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.Conflict resolution and relationship-building capabilities.Effective meeting facilitation and influence without authority.Adaptability and problem-solving in team environments.DisqualifiersLack of proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
