Our client are a global facilities services company who specialize in delivering hard/ technical solutions to their customers. They are working with a Global Corporate client in San Francisco and are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager with strong HVAC expertise to lead a dedicated team delivering 24/7 facilities and maintenance services across critical sites in San Francisco.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and preventative maintenance of HVAC systems and related infrastructure.Manage and support a team of technicians and contractors across rotating shifts.Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards.Coordinate emergency response and maintain uptime for mission-critical facilities.Work closely with senior leadership and other departments to align facilities operations with business continuity needs.Requirements:Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong emphasis on commercial/industrial HVAC systems.Ability to manage full shift patterns and lead teams in a 24/7 operational environment.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA Universal, HVAC/R licensing) preferred.
