Construction Site Admin

Technical Source is currently in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Admin for our client located in the Raleigh-Durham, NC area. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and successful completion of the construction project particularly in Life Science/Pharmaceutical Industry manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency in document management, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders. Previous pharmaceutical or life science construction isnt require, but would be a plus.Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator include:Assist with the day-to-day coordination of large-scale construction projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements are met.Develop and implement document control procedures, maintain databases, and ensure all project documents (contracts, reports, etc.) are accurate and up-to-date.Work directly on the construction site, coordinating with contractors, managing appointments, and preparing progress reports.Schedule meetings, track expenses, manage supplies, and assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.Qualifications of the Project Administrator include6+ years of experience coordinating large-scale ($50M+) commercial construction projectsStrong onsite construction coordination experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software.Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or engineering projects is a plus.Willingness to work onsite at the construction site is essential.
